Yes - your numbers are right, but the OEM pad is 5mm, so swapping it for 15 would only increase the height 10mm - not 15. If that makes sense?

Got it. So an extra 10mm in pad thickness would be a 0.67" increase in height after you take into consideration the 1.7x multiplier. Is that enough of an increase for you? In theory your rears should be 0.35" higher than the front after installing 15mm pads.
