In my city alone I have spotted 3 M coupes and 2 M roadsters. Only the roadsters have waved back or acknowledged w/ a fly by. For some reason the coupes just don't seem all that enthusiastic. On another note all 5 z4m's spotted were driven by white haired men in there 60's. I think that's pretty cool
When I go to the drag strip, there's always that one person who thinks I just put M badges on a z4. Then again I didn't know this car existed until I went to the dealership to buy my m3
Another funny story I can't get over....
After purchasing my vehicle I went to dinner with some buddies, and when we hit the parking lot they all started commenting on what a douche the z4 owner was for putting m badges on the z4. I told them it was mine and it was a real M. They were still in disbelief until I popped the hood. Their face priceless!
I wonder how many people think our cars are just badged up z4's.....
