Its very easy to do them yourself,
I took mine out and painted and cleared them myself,
Just take your time, do it over a weekend leaving it overnight to harden the paint,
I also took a porter cable to mine 2 weeks after painting to gloss them up even more,
you can buy spray cans of oem paint online pretty easy, I seen ebay has a good selection,
I made a thread when I did this a few months back, Have a search in "cosmetic mods" section on the board for a step by step on how I did it.
