One of my REs sat at the right height, but was off center.
Had to put a longer bolt in the hanger and shim it with 4-5 M8 washers.
The other was nicely centered, but hung even lower than yours.
I loosened the hanger and flange bolts, put a block of wood on the jack and jacked the can right up to touch the bumper. Tightened everything up, dropped the jack, an it came out just right.
About 3/8" gap between the bumper and the tip.
