I was able to lined up my Remus using the OE 45* flange position. The trick is to have the tips at exactly where you would want them, then tighten the flanges up accordingly. The hangers should be tighten last.
Looks like yours is fairly well centered...just needs to lift it a bit. Just curious why you didn't want to try out the 12 & 6 o'clock position to see if that would work?
