If you can't find one, and they probably don't exist separately, you may be able to make one. Here in the US, male grooming products often come in soft black bottles or metal aerosol cans with black plastic caps that could be used to create a spring cover. If you found a plastic tubular bottle about the exact size, you could always paint it with something like PlastiDip if that is available in Poland. It produces a matte, rubbery texture that would look good on a spring cover.

Another idea would be to wrap the spring with something like a nylon webbing strap, Velcro (hook and loop), or even a thin piece of scrap leather.
