The car will run fine with stepped headers (I have two supercharged Z4M's, both running two different kinds of stepped headers). ESS will tell you otherwise, because ESS and Evolve don't get along, and Evolve sells Supersprint products (which used to be the only stepped headers in town).
Copy, well as far as I know, there aren't any custom tuners near the Florida panhandle (if anyone knows any please let me know!) So I would probably be stuck with the ESS tune. Last time I talked with Evolve they weren't doing SC tunes, only the N/A alpha tune for stepped headers....did I misunderstand??
