as the air being dumped back into the system has been "cooled" anyway i can't agree on some points , end of the day any air back into the system just means less air to build boost in pipework or at least a helping hand. Theirs a reason why just about every manufacturer recircs air back into the system ( apart from the wanting them quiet) ....

Now.... i have to say that last video you made was REALLY interesting as it actually seems more comfortable in the cruising range, the whistle you highlighted did make my ears wince as its annoying no doubt, where-as the tial makes a gentle woosh and sounds much nicer for sure.

i can absolutely see why you made this switch, and if i did id probably go with the turbo smart setup for its dual use setup, however I'm not sure how to setup an adjustable bpv/bov to be honest.

does the tial unit get close to touching the hood as it "looks" like it sticks out further than the stock valve. if you get chance could you measure both the stock valve from the base of the flange to edge of the outer case and the same for the tial? sorry to be a pita, just wondering how much room this takes up if any more.
