I have something similar which I put up at work(I got mine at Pep Boys for $80). It doesn't have the sides or end caps like this one. I love it. The only issue is the tarps wear out rather quickly(about 1 tarp per year for me.) I do think the one you cited would work well with the end caps as it would be fairly well sealed(wind is the enemy). Just have to make sure it is attached to the ground well.
