The Stoptech ST60 380mm kit (PN# 83.156.6800.XX) will need a 3mm spacer for sufficient spoke clearance with the 18x9" ET30 EC-7R and a 2mm spacer for the 18x9.5" ET35 EC-7R. The 18x8.5" ET35 is likely not a great option as it will require a 14mm wheel spacer.
If looking to not use a spacer, the 18x9.5" ET28 EC-7R and the 18x9.5" ET22 EC-7R both clear without issue in terms of brake clearance. These sizes will be fairly aggressive up front on a Z4M and will require a large amount of negative camber.
