I have almost the exact setup. ARC-8 18x9 in the front with 12mm spacing and 18x10.5 in the back. Also lowered on V3's.
Tire specs:
245/40/18 front (also rubbing)
275/35/18 back
For the front, stick to 245/
40/18, I stress the 40 so the tire diameter would be equivalent to the back tire. Otherwise it won't be the proper rolling diameter.
For the back, 275/35/18 would give you the most performance.
I'm not even flush and it's rubbing on hard cornering. And maybe it's just in my head, but it only happens when going downhill.
This Wednesday I'ma corner balance it. Hopefully it goes away
