I keep everything. I don't do anything that isn't reversible and if I ever did sell the car, heaven forbid, I can fairly easily return it to stock. I've got a lot of parts stacked up but I just deal with it. It's really not worth it to sell the stock parts for a pittance when it would be ridiculously expensive to replace them if I ever needed to.
