This thread reminds me of a lady in my town who keeps posting her house for sale on our town message board. It's been sitting on the market despite a super hot real estate market with low inventory. So she asks why her house isn't selling and people keep hinting at her that it's overpriced and $1 million homes should at least have stainless steel appliances. She keeps saying "But my house is beautiful. I've had 18 years of wonderful memories in this house!"
