Non-Z4 tire question

Can anyone recommend a set of all seasons for a 2012 Ford Focus with 18x8 wheels? The stock set are 235/40-ZR18 Michelin Pilot Sport 3's. The PS3's that are on the wheels right now don't complement the suspension on the car at all and they are LOUD. Significantly louder than the 245/275 PSS on my Z4 or my e30. Her car is a commuter and I think a nice set of softer sidewalled touring rubber with do it well, even with the 18" wheels.

Note that I live in Canada and our shit dollar has increased the cost of everything by nearly 50% in the last year (Sadly our wages did not rise with the prices)

I was thinking Kumho Ecsta PA31
