Thanks! That looks like exactly what I want to do. So I found 2 different fuse taps from Advance. One is
ATM and one is
ATC, which one do I need?
My plan was to use a long (maybe 6 foot?) usb cable for this that would end with a female USB A connection inside the trim up top. This would allow me to connect change from a Mini B to a Micro B depending on what I need to connect to. Does this sound like a good plan or should I just cut the 12v cigar lighter cable that comes with the camera so there arent too many connections in the line?
