In my opinion? You don't need to do ANYTHING. Especially for a car that's mostly going to see street driving and occasional track time. The MZ4 Coupe is plenty capable fresh from the factory to churn some pretty fast laps.
The chassis is already borderline too stiff for mostly street use, the springs and shocks are actually quite decent, at least one of the stiffest I've ever driven straight from BMW. Track pads and track tires would be all I'd do given your original statement about occasional track use. I'd save the coil-overs for something that sees more than a dozen track days a year, or a car that's parked in the garage most of the time and used mainly for having fun.
