Randy--i just had a thought...
When you push the ECU protocol from RaceStudio (Device Configuration) to the Solo, over on the right side of the dialog box there are some options specifying how you want to handle gear selection. Pick "Calculated" and re-push the protocol. Then, rerun the gear calibration on the Solo and see if that gets you data.
