The rear fitment will be tight. We have not tested this combo. There's a good chance it would clear by a few millimeters, but a roll may be needed. We have a local customer with a non-m. The next time they are by the shop, we will test this fitment.

17x8.5" ET40 with 235/40/17 is a very, very easy fit. Even 245/40/17 is an easy fit front and rear.

The most conservative setup I would run on the non-m Z4 is 245's on 17x8.5's.
