Are you refering to engine hesitancy? if so I'm not so sure trailing arms are the culprit. My first inclination is towards fuel delivery. How full is your gas tank when this happens? does it happen on turns to both directions or just one?

I had an old mazda that when I threw it into a corner to the left when the tank was low the car would almost die right out. The first few times it happened it was actually a little scary until I figured out why it was doing it.

I'm not familiar with where in the tank the fuel pump draws from on these cars but it might just be a configuration issue. Try keeping the tank relatively full for a bit and see if it continues.

I tend to explore the simplest and easiest possibilites first

Good luck!
