Hey guys - couple of quick questions.

I'm looking for a winter tire/wheel setup. This is what I'm ready to purchase from TireRack:

2x 17x7.5 Sport Edition F5 Silver Painted Front (20mm offset)
2x 17x7.5 Sport Edition F5 Silver Painted Rear (+40mm offset)

4x 225/45R17 Bridgestone Blizzak WS70

Total, with shipping, is about $1,300.

First, is 17x7.5 (I'm going to confirm that these will fit over the stock rotors on the M) better than, say, an 18x8 square setup? I chose 17 because the tires are cheaper and more widely available.

Second,I keep getting warning messages about TPMS sensors being required for installation. Is this an actual requirement, or is it just a liability thing? Will most tire places install without? If not... any recommendations on where to get a cheap set?
