It's probably a bit of a hike but Taso at TKX Performance in Huntington Station (LI), NY is top notch. Their shop is filled with dozens of race cars and the occasional (heavily modified) exotic.

One thing that clues you in to the fact that they know what they're doing with corner balancing is that he's going to ask you to pick up some adjustable swaybar endlinks so he can take the pre-load out.

...on a related note, though... are you planning to track the car? If so, awesome. If not, corner balancing is a bit of a waste of money.
