The chassis is so stiff, you can use the rear side jack point to lift up the entire side, put a jack stand under the front side jack point. Do that on both sides and then jack the rear up using the cross brace point and place your jacks under the rear side jack points.

A low profile jack can reach the rear jack point but the front one is a mother!
