The car is electronically limited to 155MPH (+- 10% or maybe 5%) from the factory. You need to get it tuned to have the speed limiter removed.

It is said, don't remember where I heard/read it, that the car aerodynamically will not do more than 188MPH based on HP/torque and air resistance.
I have seen some videos of someone in Europe with 177MPH indicated on his speedometer. You would need a LONG straight to get to the absolute velocity of the car...
