The brakes are fine on the track with better fluid, even better with upgraded pads. Plenty of 220km/h to 110km/h stops just below the ABS threshold, lap after lap with no fade. What brake fluid are you using in your Z4M on the track?

There is your problem - the throttle is very linear when sport mode is off, very non-linear when it is on.
