The only thing Dynamat will do is prevent the body panels you apply it to from vibrating at low frequencies. Exhaust drone issues are mostly airborne noise, which Dynamat does not address. You'd need something much thicker, like 1-2" thick dense foam, to really make a difference. Even then, you'd have to basically apply it to the whole floor and trunk to completely seal the passenger cabin off.

Don't waste your money on Dynamat.
