8.5" in front is nice and conservative and I would run a 245/35/19 on a +30 or so for nice, proper fitment (no rubbing anywhere I bet and still more flush than stock). In the rear, +20 is just fine. +25 is ideal on a 10" wheel. It's what my CCWs are. They are 18" though, but this should give you a good idea. Use a 275/30/19 instead of a 35 aspect ratio. The car will naturally sit slightly higher on a 19" wheel, so I find it's a good idea to run a slightly skinnier tire so you can still go nice and low

This is a 10.5" +22 on a 275/35/18 in the rear and a 9.5" +35 on a 265/35/18 in the front. The front is at approx. 3* of camber. It was drivable.
