I have it all over my two windows and the mirrors of my Z4. The winshield and rear window were replaced by the previous owner, so no rain spots on them.

Bon Ami cleanser (NOT Comet!!!!!). For years GM sold Bon Ami in a GM can and called it windshield cleaner.
