Finally put my wheels/tires on from the group buy months ago. Conservative setup as I didn't want to deal with rubbing issues and for me I couldn't see any real benefit of going to wider wheels.
Was happily surprised that going from 225 to 245 and 255 to 275 tires with 8.5" and 9.5" wheels (from stock 8 and 9) that I still lost about 5.7 lbs per wheel/tire for the fronts and 6.4 lbs per wheel/tire for the rear. This was using a digital bathroom scale with me holding each one (and averaging front and rear wheels together) and seems to be accurate to about .2 lbs. (with multiple times weighing the same items), and mainly for a good estimate, not exact. Still seems to be roughly 24 lbs. of rotating weight removed and going with wider wheels and tires (and new tires).
Quick pictures from late on Sunday as I was trying to quickly get everything done.
Olive colored garage in front of car is still work in process. Exterior and two strip driveway finished a couple of months ago, I'm working on drywall (not much of a drywall finisher) and finishes on interior.
