My problem is the remote does not seem to have good range. I have to be maybe about 5 feet from the vehicle in order for it to work. My other vehicles have at least 50 feet range.

I just purchased the vehicle September 06 and it's always been like this. I also the second remote with the same problem.

Does anybody have this issue? And was the resolution? Could it be battery issue?
