Should I install new control arm and FCAB?

I'll be installing new springs and shocks/struts shortly. What's the general opinion on the life span of the front control arms and FCAB? The car is an '03 summer daily driver with 60k miles, do you think it's worth doing now while everything is apart instead of waiting until later?

Bimmerworld seems to have a pretty good deal on the FCA/FCAB all pre-pressed with powerflex bushings so that's the way I'd probably go. Any reason to do tie rods and end links too or do they tend to last a little longer?
