I got a bit confused, cause I was looking at this website that selling a (pretty pricey) OC3 emulator, and it specific states for "US models only":

I realize some other ebay sellers have such statement too, and I have no idea what kind of specs Australian Vehicles are. lol Anyway, I have emailed couple of sellers including the one you suggested previously. Hope everything will work out soon!
