Check all your vacuum lines and the the hose part after the MAF for cracks. I had intermitent problems with my daily driver and it turned out to be cracks in several hoses causing it to die on idle and sometimes even while driving. Since all hoses with cracks have been replaced it have been runing without an issue, knock on wood...
