I reused my header studs and nuts in the end. Mostly because the nuts were stuck on a lot of the studs, and therefore I was forced to pull many of the studs out altogether lolll..
Those nuts are so gay
they're clearly pinched in the middle, so the stud would have to somehow be held in place while you try to loosen the nut
