I buy only top tier fuel from Costco, BP, or Shell and always from the same three stations. Also the oil only has about 1000 miles on it. I know what you are saying about the fuel for sure; once on a trip I bought Gulf brand in some broke down town and boy did it run poorly! Car seems to be running okay again but it was also cooler out. No codes btw. Thanks for the replies!
