There are rubber blocks that sit in the rails that you align with the jack points on the car. Check their website out they show the blocks. There's a pic on my profile but you can't make the blocks out in the pic, there's few pics on 1st page of this thread that you can make the blocks out. Only regret I have is not getting one sooner.
