I've had the car for a couple years now and have always used the manual mode for the top. The other day I went to take the top down but turning the allen wrench just makes a clicking sound and the horizontal bar you can see up in there is not turning. Any ideas? I don't even know what to call those parts if I were to order new ones.

It used to be that pressing the button would release the top latch at least, but now the button just blinks red so I have to use the allen.
