Okay, my first AutoX, so keep that in mind! Yes, I know I have a lot to learn.

I dropped 15 seconds during the day, so I made progress, which is good and fun! Skelekitty was there with me too (no video sadly, the 100+ degree and working the course got to her at the end of the day). She dropped 18 seconds off her time, so good improvement there too.

We ran with the local PCA Chapter, who let folks from the BMW Chapter join them as "members for a day" (Porsche club here in Sacramento has a great group of folks). Good folks and good instruction! And the new site at Mather field, well, it's huge.

This is a pretty cool video my friend from (and much more experienced AutoXer) BMWCCA put together. His run (Z3M) is on the top of the screen mine on the bottom. It's a great learning tool! I can see where I should have taken a different line in some corners, sacrificed speed for better position, etc. Yes, like I said, a lot to learn.

Hack, I did not know you and I have exactly the same car/options!
