Just looking at the 335i rears will give you some idea about price for the rears. I'd say the rears will cost more than the front due to needing to retain the drum brake mechanism for the parking brake.
I've seen the prototype rear rotors, and the rings are of a standard size so replacement rings should be readily available.
If you do the caliper upgrade you will need new pads for the calipers.
