This one's pretty thorough, provides German paint name & color code. PDF format. Produced by a BMW enthusiast, not official BMW literture, although it probably should be IMHO.
FYI, there appear to be multiple spellings of "Saphirschwarz" / "Sapphireschawarz" in use by BMW depending on year/model.
