Taycan is much smaller than Panamera. I owned both at the same time. The Taycan is very cramped inside. It’s tighter than a new 3 series and Panamera is closer to a 5.
Taycan was junk and lasted 5 months in my garage. I went back to a manual new 911 (992 Carrera T)
The trick to allocations is knowing the right people and or spending a lot of money. No different than any high demand product.
