What I learned from that thread (and what you'll learn after reading the thread) that on the SMG there is oil in the actual gearbox, which is the same oil as the 6MT, and there's also (basically ATF) in the hydraulic pump for the SMG.

Seems like the easiest thing to do would be to just suck the fluid out of the reservoir and replace it, and do that maybe once a week for a month. That way you don't have to use the bleed procedure and use the computer.
