Not a fan of replica wheels but that's just me (I hate heavy rims).
Your M rims probably won't fit on her 330XI, not the rear rims anyways. Best way to find out though is to try fitting them on.
And if your rims don't fit on her car, you can sure as hell assume her rims won't fit on yours. (Also, being an XI, I don't know if AWD cars can use staggered rims. Audi Quattro sure as hell can't.)
If you want a new set, get winters for your stock wheels and buy a new set in the summer of something nice.
