With 20-30 min running you wont get to refresh the oil in the lifters....
That will take days/weeks.

But for a z4m you will refresh the oil in the cooler. That is for that car by far the biggest reservoir that doesnt get emptied on an oil change. (apart from when you count that 370ml, I guess the amount in the cooler will be something like that too, maybe 1L max)
