Not zubydafa, but also have an APR wing. You drill 3 1/4" holes for each brace.
Trust me, you will measure and remeasure a ton of times before you drill the first hole.
The carbon fiber base plate rests on a base gasket and covers up all the area you drill into, so worse case it isn't fatal if you make a mistake.
A tip from my install that isn't in the docs is to use red loctite on the threads that connect to the bracket and blue loctite on all the threads that take nuts.
APR has excellent instructions and its definitely a DIY (once you build up the confidence).
