I'm having my Vanos rebuilt with the Beisan rattle kit, upper chain guide and upgraded pump disk this month. Also upgrading the cam bolts as well as a valve job. i will report back with the condition of the cam bolts and hub. Fingers crossed its okay! I bought my Z4MC last july with 41,900 miles, I have 43,700 on it now..

I'm also curious about the approximate cost of having the rod bearings done. I know that will need to be addressed down the road.. When I do the Vanos/Service I'm going to send an oil sample to Blackstone.
