There's a thread in here somewhere showing my 12" 2x4 plank "custom" jack pad that I use to lift mine one side at a time at the pinch welds.
Set it on standard jack stands using my "custom" 1x2 jack stand adapters.
Even at my age I can get it up in a few minutes.
