If you go with 255/285, try to find tires with 35/30 sidewall instead of 40/35 sidewall. You will have less rubbing into the wheel well that way.

If you go 18x9 offset between 20 and 35 18x10 offset between 20 and 30, go with 245 and 275 tires for a better fit on the rims. If you want to go 255/285, maybe go with 18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rear, same kind of offset. You will need camber for sure, like -2.8 front and -2.5 rear minimum, maybe more depending on offset.
