I also found out that especially in the morning after driving to work getting out of the car was very painful. So I decided to get a ziplock fill it with water and rubbing alcohol, freeze it to the point that it becomes gel and place it between my lower back and the seat/ pillow. Works perfectly, it freezes the nerves and my back feels ok.
