Surprising. I had a pleasant experience with their process. A few weeks ago I ended up getting a nail in the outside tread of a Extreme Contact DW with 400 miles on it
However Tire Rack immediately warrantied it after talking with the repair shop. Unfortunately I bought them last year when they were on clearance and TR would only cover what I paid, so I was out about $100 bucks for the replacement...
