I'm not how you'd be able to do the repair without removing some portion of the power steering pump so I'd say add 1qt ATF, and potentially a few of the banjo washers:

When I did mine I also removed the top bolt holding the oil cooler lines, I don't think this is absolutely necessary but it gives you a lot more room for very little effort and cost:
